Hi Everybody!!
I have a action packed post today! The birds are very active because they are getting ready to leave. They seem to savor every moment of feeding and playing with their friends on this day of September 10C! Although they have fights and chases, no deaths or notable injuries occurred this season or any past migrations (at this location). One year, I did see a hummer back into a golden orb spider web and get stuck. The spider must have thought he hooked a turkey! Anyway, I put my hand behind the web and batted the bird to freedom. The spider did not look too happy at missing the meal of the century! Enjoy!
