Hi Everybody!!
This is my best bud, Rebecca getting up close and personal with the Hummingbirds! Rebecca came over several times during the migration as she is my only friend who is not afraid of bees. On this day of 9 18, I showed her how to walk up to the feeders and rock the feeders from side to side to fill up the reservoir and get rid of bubbles. I told her she could just stand there and they would still come up to feed. Elisabeth flies up and looks her right in the eyes! This was a profound moment for Rebecca. It is not normal behavior of the birds to come up around people. Here, things are different and there is no fear! Enjoy!
