Hi Everybody!!
This afternoon of 9 22 turned partly cloudy with the rapidly expanding cotton ball white puff clouds, but the chance of hummingbirds is very good! The hummers feed in any weather, rain or shine. A few years back, a hurricane arrived while the birds were here. I had to take the glass feeders down as the wind was so high. I left some plastic ones up, but had to tie them on. The sustained high winds had the feeders almost horizontal in the air. The tiny birds held on for dear life! They made it through the storm, which took out several big oak trees. Today, no wind only clouds and happy hummingbirds. Enjoy!
