Hi Everybody!!
Well, I do not have any groundhogs at Kates Cabin, but I found someone willing to make a guest appearance in place of a real groundhog: Yes, this is Pete, the Possum. I let him in the back porch to spend the night when it was so cold out! This morning under white skies, Pete did not see his shadow, so we will not be experiencing 6 more weeks of winter, as the legend goes. Anyway, then Pete turned his eyes to the sky and saw the scarlet Red Maple Buds. Immediately, he declared: Spring has arrived on Rainbow Creek! Now, that is the story from here and I'm sticking to it! Enjoy!
